Highland Stoneware was formed in 1974 and has built an international reputation for quality and innovation. From making our own clay and glazes to the finished pot, each piece is handmade by a dedicated team of craftspeople in Ullapool and Lochinver.

We make a unique collection of quality pottery to use and enjoy. Each piece is hand painted and signed by the artist. We encourage individuality so no two pieces are the same.

We are renowned for offering a flexible, specialist design service to produce bespoke pieces, ranging from tableware for restaurants, to one off commissions and tile panels for a growing number of collectors around the world.

Visitors are welcome to watch the artists at work and to buy our distinctive, functional pottery from our Seconds Shop.
