About Marsi
Marsi Morrow
Marsi acquired True Highlands after following Catherine and Katie’s site for several years. One day when opening Facebook, her dream was realised; and much to the dismay of the many followers – they had decided to sell True Highlands. She immediately reached out to Catherine and Katie to see about carrying on the legacy they had created.
Marsi learned about the Highlands when tracing her ancestral roots. She grew up knowing her Great Grandfather who was born in Castletown. She then travelled to Scotland and visited as many of the locations she knew her family before her had lived. She learned so much about the Highlands, but realises there is so much more to learn. She hopes to share what she knows, as well as learn a great deal from others.
Marsi’s days are filled with working, taking care of her family and pets, and helping out her friends. Three of her children have grown and moved out, while two still remain at home. The pets at her house are two cats, and two hedgehogs and a handful of hermit crabs. You can generally find her researching places to travel, taking pictures, or sleeping (although there seems to be little of that)!
