A big part of visiting somewhere different is the local cuisine and we have been very select when choosing restaurants and cafes for this section. We have checked that local produce is used wherever possible and hopefully the menus will offer you something you may not otherwise try. Quality, service and good reviews have also been taken into consideration. Be bold, be brave and give those taste buds something to think about!

And let’s not forget drinking! With many areas brewing their own craft beers and even some gin distillers, you can sample a drink you otherwise wouldn’t perhaps come across.  Many beer producers offer tours and tastings and they also make a fantastic gift.
